Information you provide to THESYMO
These are the information you provide us through text fields, such as your name, payment information, and benefits.   • Last name and first name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Username;
  • Password;
  • And/or county and state/province of residence.

You may also have the option to register with THESYMO using a Facebook, Google, or Apple account. We will ask for permission to access your Facebook or Google account's main information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. You can choose to stop sharing this information with us at any time by going to Facebook, Google, or Apple to remove THESYMO's access to your account and disable the ability to log in. To use an account with one of these companies to sign up for THESYMO, these companies may ask you to share personal data with them, including information about your use of THESYMO. If applicable, please refer to Facebook, Google, and Apple's privacy policies for more information.

Contributors A contributor is a user who subscribes and/or makes a purchase on THESYMO, which may come with special benefits provided by the creators they support. As a contributor, you are asked to provide your payment information to our payment processors. You can refer to these payment partners' privacy policies on PayPal, Fedapay, and Cinetpay's websites.

THESYMO retains the expiration date and postal code associated with your payment card, but does not retain your full payment card number. Instead, THESYMO uses a service provider to create a token that represents your payment card's primary account number, which THESYMO then stores. If you choose to pay using a payment partner that asks for your personal data, such as your name and email address, such as PayPal, this payment partner may provide this information to THESYMO.

We collect and process information about the creators you subscribe to and/or support, the subscriptions and other offers you purchase, and the benefits granted. As a contributor, if you select a subscription or offer with a physical benefit, you will need to provide your shipping information, including your phone number. We also obtain your location from the country you provided us, your IP address, and your payment card.

Creators A creator is a person who creates a membership page on THESYMO to interact with contributors who subscribe to their THESYMO page to support their creations. To become a creator, you must create a page describing what you create and the benefits you offer. To receive payouts, you must create an account with one of our payment partners: PayPal, Stripe, or Payoneer. If you choose to receive payouts using a payment partner that asks for your personal data, such as your name and email address, such as PayPal, this payment partner may provide this information to THESYMO. You may also need to provide your bank account information for payouts. You must also provide us with additional information for tax purposes.

Additional information we collect We automatically receive information when you view creations on THESYMO or interact with THESYMO in any other way, even if you have not created an account.
